Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
What God saw brought judgment to the whole world - the deluge, that destroyed all living. Of course, the nature of man and his wickedness continues to this very day. However, as it was in that day, there was someone that did not live that way, and pleased God, and was not harmed by this great judgment, God making preparation for safety. Others, could have excepted it, but for the same reasons today refused and were judged.
Heb 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
It was FAITH that saved Noah, during this time of wickedness, and the faith that he had was a token to his family for their safety. We are living in a world filled with the same wickedness, none can deny this.
THE WHOLE WORLD IS WICKED
Rom 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. 12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
God has made the same provision for our safety as He gave Noah and his family, that provision is our Faith in God's Word for the day we live. I believe it, for my safety and those I love.

If the God, in the days of Noah could warn the cattle and the birds to come into safety in the ark, destruction was coming, a storm, He's still the same God tonight. He still loves cattle and birds. And if He made a way for a bird and a cow to escape the wrath of judgment, how much more has He made a way of escape for you and I, who are the offsprings of His creation. How much more has He made a way of escape for us. We feel the Holy Spirit tugging at our heart. The hour is coming. We see the shadows of the atomic age; we see the shadows of the hydrogen age; we see nations a-breaking, Israel awakening. - WMB
HERO'S OF FAITH
What made those of Hebrews chapter 11 hero's? It was not their great exploits. It was their FAITH in God's promised Word, and that was in spite of their insufficiency's and failures.
