WHAT IS "TODAY" TO THE BELIEVER?

Today is called Black Friday in the United States, the day after Thanksgiving.  It is one of the busiest shopping days of the year in this country.  Large stores offer money-saving specials on many items. It is the beginning of Christmas shopping.

This day will create chaos and confusion in shopping centers where people gather to get the best deals on products they want. Many times, shoppers arrive many hours early in the hope of being the first in the stores and at times the surge of shoppers causes injuries and angry shoppers trying to get there first.

DO CHRISTIANS HAVE A DAY LIKE THIS?

I wonder, can we as Christian’s be as enthused about serving the LORD, in a sane and sincere way?  Remember this is Laodicea; Revelation 3:17, Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

The scripture goes on to tell the believer to buy something, this is the Believers true shopping experience; Revelation 3:18, I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Unquote: Let the Believer buy gold tried in the fire!  Think of what you get?
