MONDAY - APRIL 15, 2024
Israel continues to be in the news. As a people there is a comparison in regards to them as a nation and we as believers, the Bride. The world will hate you and be against you, for no other reason than your birth in Christ.
John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD HATE ISRAEL
The world is against Israel, we know this from Bible prophecy, she is our calendar of end time events. All we have to do is look what is happening to Israel as a Nation, a nation among nations that God has chose for His purposes. The scriptures tell us that God will bless those that bless Israel and curse those that are otherwise (Genesis 12). They are under a different covenant then the Christian church. They will be saved as a nation, 144,000 elect according to the scriptures (Romans 11:26,29, Revelations 7:4:8).
As a people and a nation, they have been hated, murdered and persecuted in every conceivable way, over the last 2000 years, because they are Jews. And yet it has been the tender hand of Jehovah, allowing these things, in order to bring them back to their homeland and the atonement they rejected.
OUR COMPARISON & WHY WE ARE NOT A DENOMINATION
However, the comparison to us - it is the same spirit of this world's hatred, turned loose upon the end time Bride of Christ in a ecclesiastical Church spirit - a Denominational spirit. In his sermon (William Branham) explains it well - "Loosed in the ecclesiastical church spirit. Loosed upon what? Not upon the denominations; upon the Bride! - Feast of Trumpets
I have to say, and I hope you understand; there has never been a time, in my life and ministry, when I have seen a push, even among those that I love and admire, to be a part of an organization of men. This in itself, is Denomination spirit, and the mark of the beast (Revelation 13:15. We have been prophetically warned - Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins and that ye receive not of her plagues (Revelation 18:4).
I am thankful - this glorious Message which is Christ alone, it cannot become a denomination, there is nothing to following as in past ages. However, men with carnal ambitions will always denominate themselves, for the protection of what they desire to be the right way. We have been warned, stay away from that!
