HOW DO I KNOW THE WILL OF GOD?
THE WILL OF GOD
The will of God in our lives is always the desire of the true Believer. The Bible tells us it is a mystery to the individual. However, it is a mystery that must be revealed to every Christian. The will of God is always the best way for us, but it seems to always be the hard way, but the necessary way.
HOW DO WE KNOW?
So, how do we know that mystery? First, by breaking away from our own will, which most of the time is not God’s will for our life.
The song writer said it like this; “Whatever it takes, for my will to break, that’s what I’ll be willing to do.” Even Jesus Christ in the garden had to come to this, it was there He broke from His own human will to by-pass the cross and except God’s will. It was a hard way, it was a terrible price to pay, but it was God will and it brought redemption to all that could except it.
To break away from our own will, is hard, but in doing so we will find true satisfaction and happiness in knowing and doing the will of God. Our life is preplanned by the Creator, and we must allow Him to show us our way, which is His way.
