LIGHT IN THE DARKEST DAY

Psalms 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

We must have a guide as we walk through this world of darkness. The Word of God is that guide, which God has entrusted to us by the opening of the Book (Bible). The way here below is a way that goes through darkness and leads close to many traps; in this life is always the danger of falling and of going astray.

THE BIBLE IS THAT GUIDE

God's Word is a candle which must be held in your hand to give light in every dark place; a light shining brightly in the darkness.

It shows the way; it prevents us from stumbling over obstacles, or failing down, or wandering off into paths which would lead into danger or would turn you from the path of a Godly life.

Man needs such a guide, and the Bible is such a guide, we should read it with prayer daily.

2 Peter 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

THE LIGHT THAT SHINES BRIGHTLY TODAY

Notice, this light has shined more brightly today, because of the extreme darkness that is around us. A darkness which I believe exceeds the darkness in the Middle Ages dominated by ignorance, superstition and repression because the Roman Church had taken the Word (Bible) from the common people.
Never allow anyone; a church or preacher to take the place of the Word of God. That is denominationalism and the mark of the beast.

The Sun of Righteousness has risen in our day, the darkest of days when the light has completely gone out in this world. Therefore, how bright the light should be for us, to guide us home, through the midst of this darkness.

We have the light, read the Word and pray more than ever, and you will arrive safely home.

And remember, what happened just before the coming of day? When the dark time comes, then the morning star comes out, and it’s the brightest star is in the heaven, is the morning star. Oh, don’t miss this now! The morning star comes out between that little light spell, and the real breaking of day. As soon as it gets real dark, just before the break of day, the morning star shines its brightest. What’s it doing? It’s reflecting the light of the coming sun. Do you get it?
